Welcome to Michael’s Salon and Day Spa. Through consistent teamwork and professionalism, we strive to adapt to all visions and needs of our clients while maintaining integrity through every aspect of our work.
Arrivals & Grace Periods
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive at your appointment on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for any appointment longer than 15 minutes, or 5 minutes late for any appointment lasting 15 minutes, may be asked to reschedule their appointment for another day.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Every client is important to us, and we understand that things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.
We respectfully require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give a 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked services. Any no-shows will also be charged 50% of your booked services.
Cost Considerations & Gratuity
In accordance with Ohio law, sales tax will be assessed on all applicable services. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Please note that gift cards do not include gratuity. All menu prices and/or services are subject to change without notice.
Retail & Returns
We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of the original retail purchase. However, please note that the following final sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
Jane Iredale Make-up, Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, Frownies, Revitalash, Lynx Permanent Jewelry, Nail Polish, Brushes, Hair Tools, Pre-Packaged Sets, Liters, Special Orders, and Gift Cards.
Privacy & Digital Communications
Michael's Salon and Spa may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services, including text marketing, credit card processing, scheduling software, shipping, data analysis, and management promotional services (collectively, "Service Providers").
We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services for our business. We do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes; we do not buy, sell, or share text messaging opt-in information.
SMS Terms & Conditions
- As a subscriber, you will receive automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and exclusive alerts about upcoming salon promotions or last-minute openings. All messages are designed to keep you connected with your stylist and simplify your booking experience.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive timely appointment reminders, exclusive service promotions, and priority alerts for last-minute openings. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
